Since 2002, Bayfield has owned or managed 14 investment funds evolving to manage gross assets exceeding £1bn listed in the UK, Channel Islands and for private investors, ranging from UK Commercial and Residential property, Student Accommodation, Ground Rents and Farmland. Our remaining funds are now de-listed and privately owned.

When a fund comes to the end of its life or achieves its original plan, we close it and retain information for legacy investors.
